A VERY COOL STUDIO is a 100% black-owned, youth-owned strategy and business transformation studio.

We help clients understand where value is being lost between what they intend, what people understand and what their organisations consistently deliver.
Through research, strategic design and implementation support, we turn that diagnosis into clearer positioning, decision systems, customer experiences, operating principles and repeatable ways of working.
WE ARE MOST USEFUL WHEN:
Campaigns are being delivered, but the organisation lacks a coherent system connecting brand, culture, experience and commercial behaviour
The product or service has genuine utility, but its value is being lost between technical features and human meaning.
Important relationships, decisions and standards remain concentrated in one person, creating risk and limiting scale.

FOR ORGANISATIONS THAT NEED THEIR BRAND TO OPERATE CONSISTENTLY ACROSS LEADERSHIP, CULTURE, EXPERIENCE, COMMUNICATION AND COMMERCIAL DECISION-MAKING.

FOR FOUNDER-LED BUSINESSES THAT NEED TO TRANSFER CRITICAL INTELLIGENCE FROM THE FOUNDER INTO ROLES, ROUTINES, GOVERNANCE AND ORGANISATIONAL SYSTEMS.
